DNA tests can be done at any age, including for puppies, as breed-related DNA markers do not change over time.
The CombiBreed Breed Identification test compares your dog’s DNA to a database of over 350 known breeds, ensuring a reliable identification for breeds included in the database. If you suspect your dog may belong to a rare or new breed, please contact us to confirm whether that breed is represented. The accuracy of identifying breeds present in the database is high, providing dependable insights into your dog’s genetic makeup.
The CombiBreed Breed Identification test is designed to reveal the ancestry of your dog but is not intended to confirm whether your dog is a purebred. It provides insights into the mix of breeds present, but this test is not suitable for official confirmation of purebred status.

Unfortunately we are yet not able to offer reliable Breed Identification tests for horses or cats. We do offer Breed Identification tests for dogs.
